Why We Give! 

At UnitedHealthcare, we think that the academic success of our children is an important contributor to their health and well-being.  That’s why we are excited to support the Superintendent’s Success Academy, where our youngsters get extra help to succeed in reading, writing and math during Saturday classes. Early results of this intervention
show that test scores have dramatically improved for many participants, and we can only imagine the sense of accomplishment and improved self-esteem among those children.  The Success Academy is a great local example of how an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.  It only makes sense to invest in our students today so we can all enjoy a healthy tomorrow.
